Pennies for Planned Parenthood.
The Great Deception.
Unless you live under a rock you know that Congress is holding hearings investigating Planned Parenthood.
Whether this organization is a sham shell game of government funding or not should not be a partisan issue, but it is- because it is a sham shell game of government funding. And it is laundering that blood money back into the coffers of only one party to perpetuate the mass deception and disinfo campaign. This is not about women's health. It is about corruption. It is about the ability of a special interest group to buy an entire party of politicians. It is about the role of mass disinformation campaigns to fund an unethical industry, and yes, it is certainly about exploitation of vulnerable women.
There is currently a law on the books in which no federal money can be given for abortions. So the games played to circumvent that are legend.
Here is this abortion mill collecting half a billion taxpayer dollars in medicaid reimbursements under the ruse that no money is going toward abortions. Everyone knows it is an abortion mill. Everyone knows few people go there except for abortion. Everyone now should know that in spite of even the President of the org. putting the disinfo out there deliberately that they do mammograms to screen for breast cancer, they do none and don't even have the equipment. This is a deliberate lie-a disinfo campaign to legitimate the existence of this abortion mill.
Congressional hearings have uncovered that it is involved in over-billing medicaid by hundreds of percents of actual costs, by what can only be considered Medicaid fraud. The Justice Department has an entire department of civil litigators devoted to prosecution of Medicaid Fraud but will they investigate Planned Parenthood? Not likely under a Democratic Administration. (cue that photo of Obama hugging Cecile Richards.)
Planned Parenthood has been found to be engaged in such sub-medical quality standard procedures that they risk the lives of women and girls who seek abortions. They have been found to cover up underage statutory rape by not reporting pregnancies from abuse. They have been found to tell hemorrhaging girls with punctured uteruses or other organs to go home, where they then had to be rushed to an ER. People have in fact died at the hands of Planned Parenthood abortionists.
The clinics are not regulated the way hospitals are and the abortionists currently do not have to even have admitting privileges in any hospital. When people try to restrict the practices in any way in the interest of health the abortion industry screams that they are restricting women's rights. Its over the top and unconscionable.
They are engaged in "fuzzy math" suspect reporting of abortion stats to suggest that only a tiny percent of their business is abortion when we know that not to be true now. They do that by almost counting every condom and contraceptive pill they dispense against a one abortion to suppress the figure. A huge percentage of their revenue comes from abortion.
I am not writing the Congressional report referring this for defunding, but if I were there is plenty of material already and the hearings continue. I have heard enough for a Justice Department referral for criminal investigation of the routine practices of Planned Parenthood.

In some cases they do this by dismemberment inside a woman, they sometimes inject a toxic solution into a womb to kill an infant, they sometimes force labor so a woman delivers a still born-which they then chop up for 'fetal research.'

Did you know that Palestinians are also Christians? In fact they are the Christians whose ancestors likely followed Jesus from the time he first walked the earth.

Many live in Bethlehem, the place of Jesus' birth. Many live in the West Bank.
They are culturally Arab, and Christian by faith and profession worshipping the Jewish Messiah, the Prince of Peace.
There is an organization, headquartered in Washington, DC, the Holy Land Christian Ecumenical Foundation that works in these communities developing projects to sustain that community, considered the "living stones" of the ancient church. They run programs such as a jobs creation one where they rehab houses for people whose houses need help, they support schooling programs, they support the industry of Palestinians involved in the olive wood craft trade for which they are famous. You can find in the old city these beautiful olive wood craft carvings of biblical characters and scenes in the Old City of Jerusalem and the HCEF now brings them to America for special days at American churches.
HCEF is having its annual fundraiser gala dinner and conference this week. They are a very worthwhile organization founded initially by a Palestinian Christian Catholic (married to a latin american woman) whose brother was killed in the conflict. Instead of becoming bitter and vengeful he decided to devote his life toward bettering the condition of his fellow Palestinian Christians. His is a remarkable life story in itself.

These positions demean women lower than animals and insist you treat them like that by giving every sexually depraved man in America the option to tell anyone "Just Get Rid of It at Planned Parenthood."
These are the extreme women. And history will not be kind to them.

So everyone he got pregnant (there are six and counting since he started law school) he told to "get rid of it." Six times $400 is $2,400. So have that handy also- K?
None of those girls can afford it- they are living paycheck to paycheck and have to decide whether to buy a yogurt for lunch or bus fare. So who else do you think has to pay for it?

Merch (as in Merchandise) madness hits full stride as everyone and their cousin's dog tries to profit off the Pope coming to America. There are T shirts, Pope waterbottles, even Pope bobbleheads.
I'm getting emails daily on things like where to stand in parades in two cities, why not post a video welcoming him, where to sign up on line for Mass lotteries, where to donate on line to light candles and send in intentions that the Pope might actually look at.
This etsy store has my fav. - the Philly Pope bobblehead holding a cheesesteak in one hand and pretzel in the other. The money changers were changing the sacrificial coins needed to pay tithes so the system was way more warped. This is all just amusement park fun and no one thinks buying a Bobbleheaded Pope is going to get them closer to heaven. Unless of course they are crazy in which case it actually might.
So knock yourself out buying Pope holy water, Pope vessels into which you put your Pope holy water, glow in the dark Pope nightlights, and your PopePouri of T shirts and papal hoodies. If you are lucky you might get him to sign one of them!
I have never taken a video of myself and don't even have the equipment (and wouldn't pain anyone else having to take one of me) so let this suffice to say- Welcome Pope to America. I hope you have a great time and get around town more than Prince Charles got to. Try not to gum up the traffic too much or I will never hear the end of it from my coworkers who already think this is all a bit much. As for me, I am not big on crowds. If your motorcade runs by my office I will waive. Otherwise know you are in my prayers for safe travels and good friends, food and fun. P.S. the only cheese you should order on a Philly Cheesesteak is Provolone. Or just say "the works."

Merci Mille Fois Encore et Toujours
to the French Ambassador

Once again the French Ambassador to the US kindly hosted a discussion, this time taking it on the chin a bit from a fellow compatriot, an attorney law professor, who seemed to want to blame anything he thought was wrong with France on the "political class", the August vacation recess and the stores being closed on Sunday. Ambassador Arnaud defended the Republic by noting one should not live to work but work to live and quality of life consists of Sunday family time together, worship and reading Proust. The character of the Republic depends on the creativity spawned by the day of rest and a month repose to reconnect with one's humanity. France is after all historically Catholic and I was happy to hear the Ambassador affirm it in noting Sunday worship is a good thing. Bon Dimanche! He affirmed there are better things to do than go shopping on Sunday. Here Here.
Along with the affable Steve Clemons, who discussed gay adventures of marriage of gay Tunisians in France assimilating meeting immigration obstacles, with the esteemed Stanford law professor bemoaning the backward "political class" the Ambassador held his own quite nicely fighting the false "France is sunk" paradigm, in stating that the politicians in most countries have to catch up to the vision of the people, this is not either especially a French phenomenon nor seriously the root of the issue. France, he explained, is fundamentally a welfare state with the best health care, child care, and education for children in the world. That requires people pay tax to subsidize the system and it is a challenge to keep industry and the people capable of and willing to support the system in the country. Shades of famous actors becoming inexplicably Russian as tax avoidance schemes comes to mind. France is a fundamentally fantastic country but has its challenges duly noted by the Ambassador. Everything seems better over the French wine he serves at the reception complete with fois gras and brie and blue cheese. Can anyone seriously doubt the French menu is worth joining the Foreign Legion over? (On that note Le Grenier on H Street, the newest French Restaurant in town is fantastic and I highly recommend their champaign brunch.)
Racial integration is a serious challenge now in France. The Ambassador noted that when he went to public school it was all white, caucasian and that is not the case now. The cohesion of the European Union is also a challenge. He described France as a country originally agrarian which didn't welcome much immigration. They stayed insular. The issue of the migrants poses a challenge to French people in terms of fighting fears and prejudice, real and/or imagined, especially in light of the radicalization of Islam and acts of violence such as they witnessed at the Charlie Hebdo attack earlier this year.
The Ambassador noted that Germany is only now the leading power in Europe by virtue of the fact that it has economic power, but France is going to be catching up because France has a higher birth rate. France has babies, the Ambassador delighted in saying, reminding me that I wanted to have one even being in Abraham's Sarah territory of too old to dream.
The subtly snarky critic of the French "political class" attorney Laurent Cohen-Tanugi, (who excused those of the political class who were lawyers (of course) in his book "What's Wrong With France" (I am only on page 20 but the trashing of the Political class theme continues), was a bi-continental Paris-New York big deal lawyer before starting his own firm and teaching at Stanford. He bemoaned being the only one in his building in Paris in August to which I thought - why were you in the building in August? Shouldn't you be at the beach?
Merci Mille Fois again, for the supreme kindness of the French Ambassador who once again did his country proud not only with the fabulous french wines, cheese and fois gras but with a temperament so gracious in the face of those pesky murmurings of "why can't the French work harder."

The Most Famous Illegal Immigrant Without Papers
Was Jesus.
When Jesus was born Herod called on a violent jealous retribution against what he perceived threatened his power- he sought to kill all the children under two years of age in Bethlehem. He slaughtered all the small children who looked around 2 yrs old in an entire town.
Joseph took Mary who had just delivered a baby and they traveled to Egypt and were illegal aliens, refugees from conflict/war from their home "state" of Israel, leaving behind everything, their parents, their belongings, their home in Nazareth to travel to Egypt.
Scripture tells us that Jesus as an infant lived in Egypt until his father Joseph felt it safe enough to return to Nazareth. We believe this was several years where he lived under cover as it were as a migrant, an illegal alien in Egypt.
Pope Francis has now called on every Parish in Europe and every Monastery to accommodate the refugees fleeing war in Syria and house them. Space is a Luxury. If you have taken a vow of poverty and have space to let someone throw a mattress on the floor you should give it to them. In fact, you should make it as nice as you would want to live in- because that is what it means to "do to your neighbor as you want done to you." You should house, clothe, feed and shelter these people, of any and all religions, because that is what it means to be a Christian.

May it Please the Court-Have You Lost Your Minds?
That is what I want to say to Judges who make people accommodate gay marriage demands. But of course I won't-i might be locked up for contempt. That's what happened to one poor marriage clerk registrar in Kentucky-for violating a Court Order. That of course cannot be tolerated and Judges of course can't stand it when it happens, but look at what is at issue really.
Forcing anyone to capitulate to gay marriage in their official duties or by mandating services to them is a clear violation of the First Amendment Establishment Clause and in some cases the 13th Amendment against forced labor (in the case of forcing people to bake cakes) many argue.
No one should be under any illusion that gay marriage is considered moral by Jewish law or Christian scripture. Gay sex is called an "abomination" and a "detestable act", it is rendered equal to "drunkenness" in precluding entry into the Kingdom of God. It is considered so corruptive of society and morality anyone committing acts of gay sex in jewish law had to be put to death by stoning.
Gay sex is considered against 3,000 years of Jewish law and tradition with a penalty actually written in Jewish teaching of death- by stoning for men sleeping with men. If you doubt it- look what they do to gays in the middle east now. Traditional Muslim cultures in the Middle East more closely reflect first century Jewish attitudes.
People who say "Jesus never said anything against it" are clear morons. I can't even be nice about this. During the first century Jewish law held that gays had to be stoned to death. Sodom and Gomhorah were not metaphors. They were real towns that were wiped off the map such that nothing grows there because of the gay sex practiced there aggressively. In fact the names Sodom and Gomhorah mean in Hebrew "burned" and "buried" because they were leveled in a firestorm and brimstone sh^*$fest likely caused by earthquakes releasing natural gas explosions.
Do you think if they were stoning people engaged in this around Jesus that he might speak against the practice or say nice things about gay sex? He never did. To quote the Savage Dan, "Jesus never said a word about gay sex." So that should tell you that he never overturned the law on the subject. He never said Jews were too harsh and not sympathetic with it- because that would be like saying Jews were too mean toward drunks or "licentious" adulterers. It was clear sin. It is clear sin.
So to force ANYONE who has a clear religious objection against catering to what is viewed clearly immoral is a First Amendment constitutional violation of Equal Protection.
And furthermore, its nasty. Its really sick and twisted. Its nothing at all like discrimination against Blacks and the hijacking of the civil rights movement by screaming gays is obnoxious and inapposite.
Watching this all unfold into insane persecution against bible believing Christians is disgusting and disturbing.
The law is now that gay marriage has to be recognized by all States as a constitutional right- but the law isn't that people who object have to sign the marriage certification or any paperwork having to do with it. So the people who object should be able to take their names off the seal without jeopardizing their jobs. There is a solution. And it isn't lock up everyone who can read the Bible.

Gabriel's Tears: The Religious Opposition Predicating a Constitutional Challenge to Planned Parenthood Funding
The Root of the Opposition is Deeply Religious.
Angels are believed to be assigned to children to watch over them in heaven according to some Christian tradition and religion.
When the Angel Gabriel was sent to the Virgin Mary he was giving her news of her pregnancy and also likely of his assignment.
The Angel Gabriel told the Virgin Mary-you are going to conceive and be with child. This was an announcement of something already known in heaven to happen in the future. Christians believe that God knows who children are going to be sent to earth through the DNA coding of a human before they are sent.
"I knew you before you were knit together in your mother's womb"- this is a bible verse from the Old or First Hebrew Testament.
So a pregnancy of a human is not some accident of biology however it is conceived. Children made in the image of God come from God and are sent by God through the instrumentality of human intercourse (and only in one case without it.)
Once Gabriel announced to the Virgin Mary she was going to conceive a child she had two choices. She chose to say Yes, bring it on- Let it be done to me as you have said.
She could have said "are you kidding! I am not married yet, look at this hovel of a one room apartment i live in-how do you expect me to raise a child in this- and where are we going to get the money, i'm still paying off student loans, it's my body my business, how dare you enslave me as a breeding machine to your power tripping male angel chauvinist mentality-i'm moving forward with my life, bugger off."

By all reasoned accounts, over half the country is of a religious view that an abortion kills or "terminates" a human life form, scientifically known to have separate and different DNA from the mother, which creates moral and spiritual consequences. Those people who hold that it is morally wrong, indefensible and obscene in cases to terminate a life in a womb believe that people who are terminating their pregnancies are killing In Womb Children (IWCs). People who believe it wrong to do this think this no less wrong because it is inside a womb than it would be to shoot dead an innocent person who wandered in your house because you left the door open. The mother is a host to the fetus and the fetus is not an extension of the mother's cellular structure-it is not a skin tag, a mole, a wart or a tumor. To force people who think it immoral to terminate or kill this on clear "religious" grounds to pay for people to do it by federal law is Unconstitutional under the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment.
We currently live in a regime that is legally unjust. When the government is forcing people with clear religious convictions to pay for other people's murder of their IWCs, that is wrong, unjust and immoral and violates the Establishment Clause.
IWCs do not have full citizen status because of a minority religious view that holds that they are not "people" such that they should be considered legally protectable until they are born. When people who hold that minority religious view impose upon the people who do not the legal requirement to pay for other people murdering their IWCs, that is a regime that is morally insupportable, legally unjust and a clear violation of the Establishment Clause.
Planned Parenthood should be defunded. Whatever your view of people's "Choice" to murder, massacre, delimb and sell the pieces of In Womb Children, there is no legitimate legal support for forcing the entire country to pay for such an obscene abomination.

After the video releases of numerous videos it is abundantly clear that Planned Parenthood is hiding its nefarious criminal actions behind the false veneer of helping women with reproductive health, even going so far as to absurdly boast they they can't get this help anywhere else. It is a front organization for harvesting human organs of tiny people for research through its central predominant service of abortion.
Cecil Richards makes absurd claims like in Lancaster Pennsylvania no one would have anywhere else to go to get women's health services if Planned Parenthood were not there. This is an ignorant ludicrous statement. There are seven major medical schools in Pennsylvania, the U. of Penn being a top ranked school nationally, and there are over 20 OBGYN outfits in Lancaster which is 2 hours by car from Philadelphia. Lancaster also hosts a college with its own health care services. There are plenty of legitimate health care facilities in Lancaster Pennsylvania (which might sound like boonieville to someone living on the Upper East Side but trust me, Lancaster has all the stores you find in Jersey or New York kiddies.) Lancaster is the 8th largest city in Pennsylvania with about 60,000 people in it, making it the size of South San Francisco City, Gaithersburg, or Ft. Myers, Florida. Its hardly the bumblefork rural desert that needs a baby part chop shop when there are a plethora of real doctors there.
There are reports that some "intact" meaning whole little children of late advanced stages of pregnancy are delivered to labs whole. There are reports now that people believe organs had to have been harvested while the pre-born infant was still alive with an actual beating heart before the organs were extracted. This is so beyond the pale of anything we should be doing much less publicly funding

Here is why its a lie: (a) They suppress the destruction of women's health, physically, psychologically and emotionally caused by their filthy staph infected clinics to convince women to kill their own children, (b) there are far more health clinics that actually are about women's health that meet medical standards of sanitation and provide actual health services.
2. We do cancer screenings.
Here is why its a lie: They refer people out and DO NO MAMMAGRAMS. They don't even have the equipment.
3. We Care About Women:
Here is why its a lie: They steal their children essentially after killing them- chop up their body parts for sale piece by piece. If you cared about a woman why would you ever do that. If you cared about women why would you not tell her that you just punctured her cervix so she can get proper medical attention. Routinely womens health is destroyed by inept abortion butchers in clinics who do not want to be sued for malpractice so they do not tell the women that they have experienced severe injury as a result of the abortion.
4. We don't "profit" from the sale of fetal tissue.
Here is why its a lie: They have fixed overhead. For every abortion they do they try to extract pieces they can sell- hearts, brain neural tissue, liver, kidneys, thymus, etc....They try to get "volume"- the more the better, the more dead babies the better, the more lucrative. They play the "you pay shipping and handling only" game to try to legalize or legitimate the "sale" of fetal tissue, e.g. dead baby parts, but their cost recovery far exceeds their fixed costs- and thus no one is fooled. You are "profiting" off the sale of dead baby parts.
What--you thought it was a lobster? or a puppy maybe?
5. Abortions are only about 3 percent of our business.
Here's why its a lie: they count all the services in a bundle, such that if they give a woman a month's worth of contraceptives, 30 pills and do one abortion on her, that means only 1/30th is abortion related? Planned Parenthood math is worse than "fuzzy math." Abortion counts for over half, some say 80 percent of all revenues and with the "sale" of fetal tissue a lot more in "diversified revenue streams."

So this is exactly the zeitgeist gestault of modern America and the Planned Non Parenthood madness where women are convinced to abort their own children which are sold to science-and who profits? Certainly Planned Parenthood, but also the upstream venture capital financiers of biotech and everyone up the supply chain. This is hard core evil. So unbelievably hard core evil people have difficulty believing it actually exists--just like in Nazi Germany. So they ignore it, banalize it. But it exists. It goes on. EVERY WEEK in America the equivalent of all the deaths in the World Trade Center attack die at the hands of abortionists. And those bodies are not given burials of any kind. The pieces not considered "biowaste" are sold in gimmicky "you pay shipping and handling only" schemes to compensate for "collection" "transport" or salaries of people doing the extracting- and just like in Nazi Germany the government is funding the practice because of the corrupt ties between government officials and the industry. Just like in Nazi Germany the practice hides behind protestations that it is all legal. The only difference between this industry and the industry of murdering Jews to steal their gold teeth and loot their homes for riches and priceless art is that Nazi Germany only got away with it for about 5 years and America has been doing it for about forty now.

Yes, we should have a 'consistent life ethic.' We should care about war, homelessness, out of work vets, poverty and the death penalty.

This industry is the backbone behind the devolution of not only morality in America but self-worth of young girls and women who are lied to and told a fetus is nothing more than a clob of cells or a cyst they can dispense with --without any consequence, spiritual or healthwise. This is an industry that insists on lying to women, and the politicians in their pocket continue to perpetuate the deadly ruse.
There is no way on God's greenish earth that Planned Parenthood should be getting one red American cent. No Way.
What do their statistics really mean if 1 in 5 people visit a planned parenthood and we know they are an abortion mill? That is a genocide that dwarfs the Holocaust by numeric comparison. HOW DARE Al Franken and others NOT DEFUND THIS IMMEDIATELY.

DEFUND THE DECEPTION- part II (see earlier post)
Cecile Richards admitted today to Andrea Mitchell that Planned Parenthood charges for "preservation" "transfer" etc. in fetal tissue research donation of body parts of fetuses.
Their costs are fixed, overhead is fixed and salaries are fixed- so this is called making money off the body parts of fetuses. Its all gravy. Call it what you will, they gain pecuniary benefit off baby body parts.
Congress should reject the creative accounting of Cecile's "you pay only shipping and handling" policy when it admits it is a middle man getting money for baby body part "donation"- its sick. And its illegal. Its unconscionable. It should be a crime- oh, guess what-it is. Perhaps, she should be in jail. She holds no medical degree of any kind- has a basic Batchelors from Brown and is a political operative/lobbyist. Shouldn't a real medical center be run by a real medical professional?
The repeated lie that women don't have anywhere else to go is dumb. Patrick Leahy might try using the googler because in five seconds I found a group of real OBGYNs in Vermont-

The best OBGYNs aren't working for Planned Parenthood so of course there are other places to go. Every student enrolled in a University with a teaching hospital has another place to go obviously. Everyone on medicaid can find a primary care doctor anywhere other than Planned Parenthood.
Anyone with health insurance (and everyone is supposed to have it) can go to any qualified OBGYN if suspected to be pregnant or for contraception. Their talking points are pure fiction.
The people spitting and screaming are people feeding off dead baby parts directly or indirectly.
There is no way Congress should demand that the entire population of America through their tax dollars should have to support abortion or Planned Parenthood's deceptive illegal practices.

There are much better uses that actually could go for women's health care.
