There should in no way, shape or form be a general disarmament of the American people now. There should be a complete ban on anyone on a terror watch list or no fly zone to ever purchase a weapon. It should be a lifetime ban.

Background checks- yes, of course. Ban on people on the terror watch list or no fly list- Yes, of course. If you can't get on a plane you should not be allowed to purchase an assault weapon. But stop there.

The disarming of all the  people in America is wildly unconstitutional-whether done by Congress or Executive Order. The reason for it becomes more and more obvious.

First the Second Amendment was crafted in a time where we experienced people ruling us on our soil who had the weaponry of the British Army. We declared that we had a right to fight them back on our soil. We never wanted to hamstring our ability to fight back if people were attacking us in our own homes and land. We didn't want an invading force to have military weapons and we fighting back with sticks. We wanted the right to arm ourselves to form militias in the event of invasion, or more logically, an oppressive government wanting to rule by violent force. Recall that even after the Revolutionary War ended the British came back to reclaim us in 1812 -and actually burned the White House down in part. 

Without the second amendment if we had disarmed after the war by statute they might have succeeded.

What we saw in Orlando was shocking, and also telling. While the Senate Filibuster was going on news reports were staged that allegedly homeland security then the FBI found a deleted facebook account in which the shooter allegedly pled allegiance to ISIS and declared, as if he knew and was part of a massive plot, that there were more attacks coming--in the middle of his rampage. This "lone gunman" apparently knew of a coordinated assault. He allegedly penned this after logging into Facebook in the middle of his rampage. He also allegedly googled the name of the club. I believe that to be utter ridiculous garbage and logistically impossible from the eye witness account of the survivor of the rampage who gave an interview immediately after coming out of the hospital describing what he saw and heard. It was full on continuous gunning down from the minute he came to the club while demonically laughing and shooting continually. It did not take four hours, it was over in probably under an hour. It requires two hands. There was no- let me check my Facebook in the middle of this rampage. Such a ludicrous proposition. The notion that he called anyone in the middle of this is also ludicrous- Hi-its me the shooter, i'm holding a large heavy automatic weapon with one hand and my iphone in the other texting and typing with the same hand talking to you ! GET SERIOUS. Someone posing as him made the call- and called speaking later in Arabic. Its reported this shooter, born in Queens, did not even speak fluent Arabic. Someone else posted to his Facebook creating one of FIVE Facebook accounts for this guy.

This is so completely alarming it should raise red flags for everyone that the government or shadow government/CIA is plotting something very devastating. How does a "lone wolf" know that there are other attacks out there which are ISIS inspired if he was a lone wolf? How does some guy go from the government watch list-twice- to off it and working for a semi-governmental security outfit moving "Non-Mexican" illegals through Texas under security? For what purpose is there even a "Non-Mexican" illegal entry for persons to come into the country under government cover?

The Orlando shooter was a man on a mission. Someone, clearly not him, created a Facebook profile of him and put that message on it roughly at the same time the shooting took place perhaps. There were reportedly FIVE Facebook accounts with this guys profile. Someone trained this person as "security." Someone, looks very like CIA, trained a manchurian assassin- and has plotted to massacre people to gin up relentless gun control hysteria. It worked- the Democrats filibustered for 14+ straight hours on gun control.

People only need to revisit the happenings just prior to WWII to understand what very suspiciously looks like what is afoot. Google German Gun Control History. Really, study history. 

First you have to understand that for the last 7 years there has been an intensity of mass gun violence like virtually no other period in American history. This is not attributable to the existence of the weapons, because the weapons existed prior to the last 7 years. It is only partially in small part perhaps attributable to the assault weapons ban that expired in 2005 but was only on the books for about a decade prior.

In Germany just before WWII strict gun control legislation passed after the Nazis came to power. A licensing scheme was legislated whereby the government and Nazi party members were exempt from having to get licenses, and Jews and all Jewish owned businesses were prohibited from getting licenses. This was intentionally to disarm Jews in anticipation of their imprisonment and eventual death. It was plotted well in advance. I imagine someone set up a Jewish merchant with a false flag shoot out to justify the demonization. 

If you think something like that could not happen in America you are wrong.
Obama has been on tape mocking those people he calls "okie dokes" who "hide in their bibles." He has openly derided evangelicals who are one of four large voting segments of the Republican party. He has been in a litigation war over "religious liberty" issues involving planned parenthood and HHS mandates and exhibited a spectacular disrespect for christian religious leaders. Could the same thing happen to evangelicals as happened to Jews? Absolutely. The Planned Parenthood lobby, which through its 501c4 funnels back hundreds of millions into democratic campaigns. The potential republican threat of defunding them federally of their half a billion dollars annually seriously threatens the entire Democratic party financing.

The element of the Black Power Black Muslim Black Supremacist Black Separatist movement has been calling for such a resolution to right the white privilege white oppression for decades. Surrogates of Obama, like Oprah have even been quoted (and its on tape) saying that "the old white racists just have to die." The flagrant labeling anyone who disagrees with them, all republicans and their now nominee as "racist" has been relentless. (The press bears some responsibility for reinforcing this insane meme)
Obama who has been photographed bowing to the King of Saudi Arabia and a black Somali Imam, who never disavowed being a Muslim (though calls himself a Christian) is on tape saying things like "My Muslim faith" and other self identifying things suggesting he adopted Christianity as an add on insofar as it didn't in his mind negate anything Muslim about him- has great sympathy for some Muslim causes. Hillary's right hand "body woman" Huma Abedin has a family in the Muslim Brotherhood. Obama's private security force guarding him at all campaign events prior to getting secret service protection (and there after in tandem) was the black Nation of Islam military guard.  I actually met some of them at a campaign event Jessie Jackson hosted in New York at his annual Blacks in Wall Street convention. 

Obama is worryingly on tape applauding and hailing Malcolm X as one of his leaders/role models/heroes in a speech he gave at the Cambridge town library while at Harvard. Malcolm X espoused arming Muslims in rifle clubs to militarily overpower white people and potentially kill them. The Black Lives Matter movement has morphed into a society that espouses and condones white cop killing and they are so forcefully militant Democratic politicians are cow towing to them at campaign rallies. Beyonce at the Super Bowl half time performance donned military costumes imitating black panther black power militants who espoused killing white people. There is no coincidence in any of this.
It is not beyond the realm of the reasonable or even foreseeable that people are working multiple agendas.
This is not the time to disarm America. The radical extremist Muslim ideology preached even in some Mosques in this country (and certainly in Great Britain) is that they are supposed to be the ruling dominant power everywhere they live, and Christians and Jews are Kafar-infidel nonbelievers who have to be ruled over and oppressed. In extreme cases they must convert, die or leave the country because they are labeled unclean and unfit.
This is not the time to disarm America.

These CIA manchurian assassin assaults make it all the more obvious that Americans have a constitutional right to defend themselves. If any one of the people in the nightclub had a gun and could take out that shooter, the story might have ended differently

What Difference Does it Make?

   Why is the Benghazi movie titled '13 Hours?'
Because they want to make the serious point that this was neither what Hillary called
"a protest" nor a "guys walking and deciding they just want to kill Americans" nor a response to a
video as she lied to families of victims where a US Ambassador was tortured brutally and killed.

   It was a 13 hour siege on a US Consulate It was a siege in which the State Department  had knowledge and intelligence both before and while it was going on. It was a siege in which
if we intended to stop it- we could have. We had air power in nearby bases and even air power in Southern Italy could have made it there in time to stop some of the massacre. We did nothing- and I repeat, a US Ambassador was tortured to death.

Everybody needs to see this movie. Because the inevitable conclusion is that Hillary is either too incompetent to run anything or she allowed it to happen which is murder by at least gross recklessness.

Keeping A Republic

The entire premise of the superdelegate system is 'we know better than you what we want for the country." It is at its core intrinsically undemocratic. It heralds an age where there was the uberclass who told the plebes what was best for them---which turns out being the best for the uberclass. This premise is usually invoked where the plebes are considered too stupid to know what is best for the country- so a class of people determine they are smarter and they are going to rule and everyone else is too stupid to tie their shoelaces. They are easily manipulated by the media who are good at creating villains and angels. So the only way that the people are going to really be represented in a true democracy is if the superdelegates are removed from the voting equation. It could be they have access to better information- which is why they know better or think they do. But that is a failure of transparency in government. That is precisely why Hillary isn't obviously a fan of transparency and plays hide and seek with government materials on a private bathroom closet server. It is a faux aristocratic model of government where the people don't get to pick, the leaders pick the rulers to pay themselves, and everyone else gets to be happy victims of their 'charity.' It is the Korruptocrat antithesis of true democracy.

We are at a serious crossroads where we have to decide whether we are truly going to be faithful to the vision of the founding fathers or whether we are going to turn the government over to whomever can steal elections the most undetected way and tilt the scale with the superdelegate thumb on it. If there is an extra superdelegate count those superdelegates should be honor bound to vote the way that their constituencies voted. But even that tilts the scale by placing more than a one man/woman vote to certain regions that have superdelegates. Why should those areas count more than areas that don't have superdelegates.

We have a serious problem when the leader of one party, which is the ruling party, can endorse someone that his own Justice Department has under criminal investigation for serious reasons having to do with the National Security. There is something so seriously wrong with that it threatens the Rule of Law.

We are at a serious crossroads now, and we have to decide whether we are a country which is truly Democratic, with full self-reliance and self rule, or are we victim to a Korruptocrat enterprise, where he who has the most money can buy the most superdelegates to win by hook or by crook.

The protest vote against such a rigged system this year leans toward voting the representative of the party who did not rise to power under the superdelegate system but had the overwhelming popular vote in his party.

Every past President has made money in America before by creating enterprise, some inherited great wealth (the Roosevelts), whether they were actors, or oilmen or lawyers or other businessmen. They understood capitalism and how the economy functions, how money is made and grows, and how trade worked.

No past president built wealth by posing as mendicants to solicit donations globally to keep the vast majority of the money for themselves instead of the charities it espoused to garner support -from foreign governments and monied business interests, whether hostile or not to the interests of the country. No past President raised huge sums of money courting foreign hostile governments for hand-outs to run campaigns.

There is something foul in the state of denmark.

And if we intend to keep this Republic we need to get a grip and stop the madness.

OK Wake Up Everybody.  We are in trouble. The country is in trouble.

    After a long silence of 'wait and see' in this Presidential election season I feel now compelled to write to signal an alarm.

Normally I would be thrilled to have a first female break the first female anything barrier but in this case its not worth the applause because of the disconcerting level of "rigged" evidence and foul play that got her there. That plus the fact that she owes everything to a political spouse and is not a self made woman by any stretch- just tagging along learning from a more powerful husband.
That aside.

   This blog (and writer) cannot and will not in any measure approve of or endorse Hillary Clinton. The foulest play of the administration and the DNC and Democratic Establishment as a whole, who have relentlessly shoved this undeserving candidate upon us with every unfairness at every turn imposed on her contender Sanders is shameful and probably in violation of the Voting Rights Act for its suppression shenanigans.

    There are currently serious pending criminal investigations afoot involving abuse and misuse of the public trust by using State Department paid personnel to moonlight double as family foundation workers soliciting and strong arming massive bribes in exchange for state department official policy actions. There are allegations of Clinton's character involving  lying bold faced and repeatedly to just about everyone with such pathological insistence one wonders if she really does believe the sky to be jello green.

   The Clinton family fund, called repeatedly a slush fund for family ambition (and downpayment on Chelsea's 10 Mil Manhattan digs) is the vehicle by which the Clintons are creating their Dynasty. They exploit the public treasury for their profit, they are bastardized public servants. The Clinton Cash movie should be watched by everyone as well as the Benghazi 13 days movie. The scam run through the State Department which caused the Clinton Family foundation advisors to migrate all the State Department emails in violation of several statutes as was explained by the Inspector General Report was done deliberately intentionally paying the IT employee $5,000 to do it in order to hide the conflict of interest self dealing public corruption from the public. The 2 Billion dollar fund that currently exists masquerading as a charity gives only ten percent reportedly of its funds to the causes it solicits for operating essentially as a fraud on the public. The 89-90% apparently goes "in house" for people doing the work "in house" e.g. Chelsea to hug Aides Babies and get the money in her trust fund. This appears to be a massive fraud on the public and it is a failure of the AG in New York and Justice Department to prosecute it.

I am shocked and saddened that the President would not see the impropriety of this endorsement of a candidate who is under FBI investigation with a sitting grand jury and bargaining over 5th Amendment rights for Immunity deals in his own Justice Department going on. That is a move that is frankly, so out of the ball park out of line it questions not only his integrity but his qualifications.

     Clinton as a candidate is not only failed, she is a huge phony. Virtually every position that she mouths now with the conviction of an Oscar winner is a staged rehash of either Bill's old 30 year statements (we need bridges etc.) in direct contradiction to positions she voted for in the past or espoused in the past giving lucrative paid lectures.

   One need only a "googler" to investigate how she feigned support for financial reform while giving paid speeches coddling to Wall Street players, or feigned support for environmental causes while dangling approval of the XL pipeline in exchange for paid speeches to the largest canadian banks investing in it, or feigned sympathy for immigration reform while she voted in the Senate to build "barriers" arguing for aggressive deportations and employer sanctions, or feigned sympathy for the mantra -war only when necessary when she voted for the Iraq war which was completely unnecessary. The woman stands for nothing but her own wealth.

    In short, the cabalistic putsch to enforce this sorry candidate as the leader of the party threatens now to entirely doom the party forever which will be split into those voting Trump and those writing in Sanders or others, and it is certainly predicted to put Trump in the White House unless by miracle Sanders is given the lead position in the ticket- not as a duped side kick cheerleader to Hillary, but as her total replacement. Its Bernie or lose the White House for 8 years. You choose.

Why should that be any of the American citizens' concern? You are my people.

   My maternal grandparents were born and raised in small towns in Iowa- Grinnell, Jessup, Ames and Brooklyn. Yes, there is a Brooklyn Iowa.  Salt of the earth folk.
My grandfather's family has even been written up in a historic account of settlers of Iowa.

  This election is a referendum on whether Honesty Matters Anymore.

I am praying that Iowa returns a hearty "YES" vote to say "YES" Honesty has to matter in public life.

It has to matter that you can trust lawyers, and Judges and politicians. It has to matter that people tell the truth and don't lie regardless of whether they think they can get caught or not. It has to matter when assessing character.

This election season vote "YES" Honesty Still Counts. Your mother taught you that. Your mother was smart.

Iowans, I am praying will do the right thing.  America is counting on you.

Hillary's Woes Just Got Woeyier.


   The State Department did a last minute before the Iowa Caucus week email dump in which they
released a huge number of emails. You can actually read them because they posted them on line
on their public FOIA page- RIGHT HERE!!!! https://foia.state.gov/Search/Results.aspx?collection=Clinton_Email_January_29_Release   (click the box on the page and you can see the document image)

   The news headlines are all about the emails they are refusing to release because they contain info so top secret no one should know about them.

   What the news isn't picking up on ---and should--- is the fact that huge  numbers of emails were just released just days before the caucus and these ARE MARKED CLASSIFIED with the confidential and/or privileged parts redacted (a boxed line around an empty space indicates a redaction). In the case where there is a huge redaction and a MARKING OF CLASSIFIED there is a Declassification Date in the future when the document can be declassified. Until then its redacted presumably.

   So what does this all mean?

It means Hillary looked the national audience in the eye on national TV and said she never sent nor received documents "MARKED CLASSIFIED" at the time. So did the State Dept just mark these classified now ?
     To the lay observer this appears a classified marking on emails - it should be explained- to the FBI. When were those markings put on those emails. This is a serious question.

   It also raises serious questions that some 30 plus pages of emails are so top secret they cannot be released in any form even redacted.

   This was all sent on or through unsecured servers from Hillary's private emails run through her husband's homebrew server.

I have just started looking at it and its not even my job. Its the FBIs job and the people paid to be investigative reporters. But clearly- this is beyond troubling. Because even if Hillary wins Iowa she could get a knock on the door by the FBI anytime now.

The kind of information that was contained in those emails also posed security risks in that schedules of when she was leaving her private residence to go places were sent via email -- which means anyone who was trying to find out where our Secretary of State was in any given moment of the morning going from her house to work or to meetings could know exactly where she was when.
If I were Secretary of State I wouldn't want that kind of information public information for any crackpot with a rifle hiding behind the bushes to know.

Other information contains strategically significant important information regarding policy.

Hillary just looks like a seriously pathological reality challenged liar when saying nothing "marked classified" was sent. "Marked" is beside the point if it was (or cut and pasted from documents with that marking or heading) and apparently some WAS MARKED CLASSIFIED---with specific declassification dates (unless State just put that on there for the release and publication of these docs to note the redactions in which case why wasn't it done earlier).

You should be asking yourself- who puts "Classified" on the emails. If I am Secretary of State and I send an email that I have reason to know is classified or should be classified do I have to wait for someone to tell me its classified before I mark it CLASSIFIED on my email transmission?

It is a pretty inevitable conclusion that Hillary knew she was sending classified information on or through her private homebrew server and that it did not have the IT oversight of State, and that she did it all on purpose to avoid scrutiny under FOIA and /or the watchful eye of anyone else in the Administration who could access the government server. She did not do this for the contrived "convenience" she deadpanned, she did it on purpose and its not hard to guess why given the link with the Clinton Foundation cash shake-down which ran on the same server.

Draw your own conclusions, but you owe it to yourself to get all the facts.

The American Persecution Test

    The Politico writers agree with me. Asylum law in this country allows a persecution test to factor religious persecution in granting Asylum preferences into the US. Christian refugees have a prima facie claim for Asylum so should be granted in quicker access to refugee placement- because we don't know if the Muslim ones are militant ISIS or not until more comprehensive vetting is involved.
No Christians are joining ISIS. ISIS has proclaimed itself an Islamic organization that is persecuting Christians. This is well documented and incontrovertible. So for any President to say we don't have a "religious test" and can't consider religion in refugee issues is just wrong.

Refugee Priority

For Christians.

Should the US have let in Jews before, during and after WWII from Germany and Nazi occupied lands as a priority and precedent over non-Jews? If you said yes, then Christians should be let into America now from ISIS occupied lands because they are specifically targeted for persecution. Like the gold star of David sewn on jackets, a black "N" is scrawled on the homes of Christians standing for Nazarene meaning Jesus from Nazareth follower, and those houses are confiscated -stolen--if the people won't convert to Islam, with the people driven from their homes or killed. All those people would be legally eligible for asylum in America. ISIS was not doing that to Muslims. So, Yes, its Right, Good, Fair, Legal and the only decent thing to do to give refugee priority to Christians coming from ISIS controlled lands.

    Christians under ISIS controlled territory experienced and are experiencing Genocide. They appear to have prima facie claims for Asylum because of the well founded fear of persecution. CHRISTIANS are experiencing the worst persecution since NERO by ISIS. There is an Islamic Genocide of Christians going on now by ISIL.

That is why CHRISTIANS should be allowed in as refugees without much question as to whether they are terrorists. Christians are not terrorizing anyone in the Middle East, they are victims of Terror.

So listen Barach. It is highly offensive that you don't get that Christians are being persecuted and are subject to a genocide. It is offensive that you think that protecting them and providing immediate refuge for them isn't something that should be the absolute top of your agenda. It is offensive that you would criticize anyone for one minute wanting Christians to be able to come without delay from ISIS controlled territory. There is an argument for stricter scrutiny on the Muslim ones because ISIS is infiltrating Muslim refugees.

Barach, Sir, Mr. President - what is your problem?  Why are you not getting that this is an intense genocidal slaughter and persecution of CHRISTIANS not Muslims that ISIS is engaged in.

It is absolutely consistent with our Asyum laws and policies to provide immediate refuge for people under imminent threat and fear of bodily harm and genocidal persecution.

     Hillary on the trail is parroting an approach, that she in fact may have authored originally, to not call the Islamic State In the Levant (ISIL) "Islamic" radicals or "Islamic" terrorists or "Islamic" extremists because she doesn't want to offend all Muslims. Not only is this nuts, it is counterproductive to learning how to undermine them.

    Calling them Islamic radical extremists jihadist terrorists is exactly what they are. Yes, they are also criminal, but understanding why they self-identify how they do is a step necessary toward understanding how to undermine their thinking which is a necessary component on the War against them. You shouldn't call them ISIS or ISIL not because they are Islamic but because they don't merit ever being called a "state."

   Daech or ISIL is a deeply misguided geo-politically imperialist purification fundamentalist strain and vein of Islam. It is a movement that believes it is purifying the earth of the non-islamic non-believing infidels or Kafar and all their vices.  It sees itself as in service of their God (Allah) against vice infected westerners. It is rooted in a misguided theological emphasis on the Koranic versus calling for "Killing" and "fighting" infidels (Jews and Christians mostly) of which there are literally hundreds in the Koran. Pick up a copy, Hillary, and read it. They are translated in English. Anyone who reads it past the first chapter will immediately see all the calls to kill or fight the non believer.

  The other Muslims who are "moderate" or peace-loving, who do not subscribe to the barbarity of taking literally the "Kill" verses of the Koran but adhere to the peaceful pillars of Islam (prayer, service, tithing, etc) know that ISIL is a strain, a version of terrorist criminal Islam that believes it is a purification movement. Those moderate peaceable Muslims are needed to combat the perverse ideology of Daech, to undermine their legitimacy in the religion. It is incorrect to say that Daech has nothing to do with Islam. The fact that their recruits believe that they are God's Army indicates that their motivation is religious. The fact that their texts are the texts of organizing religion through all Islam in the Koran, means they are Islamic. The fact that they shout God Rules (Allah Akbar) while committing heinous criminal atrocities means they are Islamic, the fact that they say on video "Allah commands it" means they are Islamic. They are a brutal, fundamentalist, jihadist, extremist strain or version of Islam, but it is Islam. To quote someone running for President "Do you think they are all from Denmark?" Of course, they are Islamic and it is necessary to understand that this is a religious purification movement under Islam that has its attractiveness to recruits because it is an Islamic purification movement.

    I think sometimes the people thinking through these Foreign Policy strategies think they are a bit more clever than they are. The refusal to call a strain of Islamic fundamentalism for what it is does not help.

   The fact that it is a purification anti-vice movement that uses that as a recruiting tool should tell you that it is not a good strategy to promote things globally that they consider pure vice-like homosexual marriage-and doing that actually inflames them and creates more recruitment. For them its like promoting drunkenness when they are against alcohol. Western society is viewed by them as profoundly vice-ridden, profoundly decadent, and for them Paris the capital of EuroTrash vice. So note to foreign policy crafters: don't flaunt vice like it is a national past-time with a constitutional right in America. If you don't understand that jihadism is an islamic purification movement you don't get that vice matters in foreign policy. Its time to  connect the dots people.

The Right to TRAVEL

is a Constitutional Right.

   It is as fundamental as the Right to Marriage well established by the Supreme Court. Revoking passports for tax debts is deeply wrong and a very bad idea.

Any attempt to restrict that Constitutional Right would be likely unconstitutional if based on someone's tax debt.

There is a a bill to revoke passports or not issue US passports if people owe taxes.
This should not pass- and would likely be viewed as Unconstitutional if it passed.

The IRS is a body functioning under the Executive Branch that acts outside Congressional oversight for the most part. It has a political agenda often and we recently have seen political enemies targeted by the IRS. People and organizations that have been hostile to the Democratic Agenda have been targeted by the IRS. See, Louis Lerner

The amount of IRS error is reflected in litigation against the IRS. They make mistakes. They can double or triple a tax debt with penalties, interest and fees.

We live in a Global Economy where it is just as likely that people's business enterprises require they go overseas as much as they go across State lines (or more depending on their business).

People need passports to travel to meet family, or conduct business as well as more frivolous holidays. This penalizes people who have family out of the country potentially. It potentially also impacts the poorest of the citizenry- who might be disputing tax debts or interest and penalties that double or triple the actual debt.

We do not in this country deny rights of citizenship in this country because people are poor or have a hard time paying their taxes.
There is already an enforcement mechanism in place to prosecute tax avoidance and evasion.  Denying a fundamental right to Travel (which people need to make money to pay their debts in some cases) is not only Unconstitutional, its counterproductive.

That is UnAmerican.

FIRST

    The President often says his job is FIRST the Safety of the American People..

There is a bill that passed in the House that the Senate should pass also on refugee policy which places a security check in between unfettered admittance to refugees from countries where ISIS operates. This House bill seems measured, smart, and limited to those countries in which ISIS is operating and aggressively recruiting.

   There are wierd objections that miss the point, of the 'we should be nice and welcoming to refugees' vein. I can't tell you how many times I have been reminded on social media that "I was a stranger and you welcomed me." None of these platitudes are here appropriate because we are not denying refugees admittance with this bill proposal. We are letting them in- once they have been effectively vetted as safe.

  The other objection you hear is that we don't have the manpower at the FBI to effectively clear everyone. Then HIRE MORE FBI. If there is no money to hire more FBI then attach a rider or amendment to the bill that appropriates a huge budgetary allotment to hire more FBI. That is a ridiculous objection.


If the President is really serious about his duty and obligation to FIRST keep American people safe, then he should not Veto this bill.

Because WE NOW KNOW that part of ISIS strategy is to infiltrate the refugee populations. WE NOW KNOW that some people posing as refugees travel on forged passports and have false travel documents created for them in Europe and elsewhere. WE NOW KNOW that ISIS is determined to get to America and do harm.

To not address these serious concerns and just call people calling for better safety measures "UnAmerican" or worse, "UnChristian" is, frankly, disgusting.

Sticks and Stones

And Names do Hurt Me.


       There should be no place in the political dialogue of debating policy calling people "UnAmerican" or "shameful" or other slanders because they, upon reasoned judgment disagree with a strategy, policy or government position. Of course it is compassionate to be immigrant friendly and in the American character, but there are sound reasons to make exceptions.

Currently there is a reasoned debate on whether allegedly Syrian refugees should be admitted in the tens of thousands in American States and over half the States are having some pause and saying in light of the Paris attacks, perhaps we might rethink this.

   Sound Reasons to not allow in allegedly Syrian refugees include:

1. High level FBI people have said the sort of usual vetting is either not possible or unreliable because the sort of records and documents that are used to establish identity don't exist. Travel documents from people without passports were created in Greece for large numbers of them, who may or may not have given real information and there is no way to tell.

2. There have been large numbers of immigrant refugees who have in fact been arrested by the FBI in connection with previous ISIS terror plots or aiding and abetting.

3. We don't have effective gun control measures to stop people who are suspected terrorists or even those on terror watch lists from getting weapons in this country. Kids in a candy store.

4. ISIS has said they are coming to Washington to inflict more terroristic attacks in DC. Take them at their word. Do we want to give them a red carpet and food stamps?

So people who don't want refugees from allegedly Syria coming should not be demonized for being "safe not sorry" when dealing with mass casualty possibilities even if perhaps too safe.

Let me say a word about tone.
These are sensitive emotion laden debates. When emotion runs hot facts tend to run out the door.
It serves no legitimate purpose to demonize people who are trying their best to think through solutions given evolving facts.

National Security should not be a partisan issue. Refugee relocation isn't just about "widows and orphans" when we know the majority of refugees are the fit males who survived the passage across the Med. Further, if anyone thought widows were incapable of being terrorists, they didn't read about the woman strapped to a suicide vest who just today died in St. Denis.

National Security is serious business. It shouldn't devolve into Partisan PR epithet-throwing from either side. Our current vetting procedures and current gun restriction legislation look dangerously, lethally even, insufficient to tell us which refugees are ISIS affiliated and would shoot up the Capital given the first gun show they can get to. No Syrian birth, marriage, tax, residency, ID records or any personal identification exists for most of them and documentation was created for them once they got to Europe.

ISIS would not disguise themselves as Christians and it would be too easy to detect them as such. So Christians would be definitionally safer than Muslims to enter the country. That sort of "religious test" is not unAmerican-it is smart strategy. Christians are not terrorists, they are victims of terror in that part of the world. No Christian is strapping a suicide vest to themselves, using their theology to yell "Jesus Rules" and gunning down a concert hall. A national policy that allows in Christians and puts a hold on Muslim ones is a smart strategy because ISIS disguises themselves as moderate Muslims, not cross wearing Christians. This is not "islamaphobic' or "bigoted" or any other epithet the slander happy party wants to throw at people with whom they disagree (note the same strategy was used on people opposing gay marriage-just slander them into the ground with aspersions of "bigot" and the like.)

Slander is not an effective debate tool. It makes the person using it look small. It's not leadership-it has a bullying tone to it. Lets all start acting like grown ups and look intelligently at all the facts.

- A college student who immigrated from Somalia who later applied for and received U.S. citizenship, attempted to blow up a Christmas tree lighting ceremony in Oregon. (October 2014)

- A Moroccan national who came tot he U.S. on a student Visa was arrested for plotting to blow up a university and federal court house. (April 2014)

- The Boston bombers were invited in as refugees. The younger brother applied for citizenship and was naturalized on September 11th, 2012. The older brother had a pending application for citizenship. (April 2013)

- Two immigrants form Pakistan, who later applied for and received U.S. citizenship, were sentenced to decades-long prison sentences for plotting to detonate a bomb in New York City. (2012)

After three official days of national mourning the French are getting their mojo back and defiantly eating in outdoor cafes and living life as usual.

Its about LIFE declared L'Alliance in DC insisting that the Beaujolais festival at the Embassy will go on as usual.

France's export of Joie de Vivre to America is a great blessing- and the Embassy in DC dispenses boatloads of it.  Last night was no exception to the kind hospitality of the Embassy in hosting yet another climate conference, this time where an undersecretary of USDA spoke on carbon sequestration of effective agricultural policies.

Merci Mill Fois (thanks a Million) again for the kind hospitality. The COP21 conference will go on as planned and the French are building a state of art facility to accommodate some 20,000 anticipated visitors. Paris' Mayor is brilliant and making the city safe, beautiful and welcoming.

The French know how to live-which is why so many people want to live there with them. In their hour of struggle against these threats we should be standing shoulder to shoulder assisting them in the defense of all that is sacred. Countez sur moi.

    Some people subscribe to a view that being gay is like being left handed. Sometimes they can write with a right hand but its awkward and doesn't work as well and they know its off and not 'natural.' It just feels more natural and really good to write left handed. A small minority of people are left handed and so should be treated no differently than right handed people. (Where are the left handed scissors?) Other people subscribe to a view that a gay inclination or attraction is a reflection of a totally debased debauched mind perhaps coupled with an adjustable hormonal rebalancing perhaps brought on by family trauma or mental illness regardless of how many gays think that they cannot or won't change, and there are plenty of examples of people who came out of a gay lifestyle and live heterosexual lives with families so it is not an "immutable" or "unchangeable" phenotypical or genotypical characteristic but a choice of action and conduct. There is no proof regarding which one  is scientifically valid regardless of how many people feel either way. But to insist that everyone embrace gay sex for life in marriage, against the teaching of three major religions, because you view or adopt the first theory is not sound policy, because the first theory is just a theory. Its the way some people feel about themselves. It is the way a political movement of aggressive gays insist all gays and everyone must view being gay. That doesn't make it true for everyone gay or not. It is not true in fact for everyone-for all those who once were but are not now gay- a population Obama wishes did not exist and ignores because he wants to delude himself into thinking the theory is true. It might be his truth, but that does not make it true for all gays or any gays.

If a private limo driver or cab driver had a pregnant woman jump in their cab with a huge belly and said "take me to the abortion clinic on x street" and driver was against abortion, can the driver refuse service and tell the woman he won't do that as a private business serving the public? Of course- a cabbie can refuse service and tell you they don't want to take you to a bad part of town if he doesn't want to--or the airport--or anywhere he doesn't want to -he reserves the right to not serve people he doesn't want to. Recently a case involving two Muslim truck drivers found the drivers were discriminated against because they would not take a load of alcohol and were fired. It was discrimination against them based on clear religious conviction and belief that its wrong to drink alcohol so they were not going to drive it anywhere. Neither was being asked to drink it. No one shouted if you don't like alcohol then don't be an alcoholic. They were requesting that they not be made to do something against their conscience by participating in something their religion said was immoral and the court found they didn't have to or lose his job. The EEOC brought this action initially.

This is no different than Kim Davis or any flower provider or cake baker or anyone else who thinks gay marriage is immoral and they do not want any part of it. No one should shout-if you don't like gay marriage don't get gay married to them. They are perfectly happy baking a birthday cake, just like the cabbie above might have been fine with taking the pregnant woman to her sister's house just not an abortion clinic. If a Muslim truck driver doesn't have to ship liquor or lose his job Kim Davis doesn't have to sign gay marriage licenses. Its her constitutional right not to have to do that if she finds it immoral according to the tenets of her religion- however whacky you may feel about that religion.
No Christian, Muslim or Jew or anyone should have to be discriminated against on the basis of their clear religious conviction that gay sex is immoral- and it does not matter what the state of that Christian's morality is or how many times they were married or divorced or if they are sinfully casting stones- it is a question of allowing that person to live their life according to their conscience. That is their constitutional right. It should be firmly protected.
The view that being gay is nothing different than being left handed, or that it has no moral implication such that it is illegitimate to attribute morality at all to sexual acts, and so should be treated no differently than heterosexual, as opposed to someone plagued with inappropriate sexualization of same sex people immorally as a product of a debased mind, is a value judgment simply made up without foundation in fact or science- even if there are more gays coming out there insisting that they are just left handed. More people sinning doesn't make more morality. More people subscribing to a wrong theory doesn't make the theory right.Gay people being talented, beautiful, funny or "loving" also does not make the theory right-it is irrelevant. Shoving the theory down everyone's throat as if it were universal fact demanding legal respect is just piss poor policy.
The African nations are correct to rebuff the President in his gayification of discrimination laws.
What is completely unacceptable is anyone slandering anyone with labels of "hater", "homophobe" or "bigot" because they subscribe to their religious teachings and have a conscientious objection to actions they find immoral. That is ignorant and unacceptable and it needs to stop.
No one would think to call the Muslim above a WinoPhobe, or a hater of drinkers. He just find the actions immoral. I am sure the cabbie above doesn't hate the woman he is refusing to take to the abortions -to the contrary- he doesn't want to participate in her butchery for her own good as well.

     Whenever accommodations can reasonably be made to accommodate religious views they should be made so long as rights of others are not infringed upon. The Muslim truck drivers schedule could perhaps have been changed so he drove the next load of anything but alcohol (and bacon) and the pregnant girl can catch the next cab. The gay couple wanting a cake doesn't get to insist that everyone in the world will want to facilitate or participate in their celebration while there is a gay baker down the street who needs the business. The Constitution does not demand all Americans must approve of everyone else's conduct. Were that the case the laws which prohibit service of alcohol to clearly drunk people in bars with keys in their hands would all have to be voided.  Were that the case then judges couldn't examine adultery in divorce or custody cases ever.

   The people currently being discriminated against the most are the people who hold true the second theory: that there is a permissible morality assessment regarding gay behavior and they would be violating conscience to participate in something they view as debased or debauched. Those people are the new persecuted in the Western Church. They are losing jobs, clients, having their businesses boarded up, fined and blasted all over the media and social media as "haters" "homophobes" and "bigots" in pure defamation.

    This has to stop and right itself with the next President.

Hillary personally assessed security in Tripoli, Cairo and Tunisia and pulled Embassy personnel out and home there-She did pull Embassy personnel out and home in those places-she knew security intel review was her job especially in conflict regions, so why not Benghazi after 600 written frantic requests for security. The answer lies in what the mission in Benghazi was really about and what was her payoff. You heard her say Paris a number of times, meetings were held there about the mission and it was driven by the French who did most of the heavy lifting on the invasion. The French, Sarkozy in particular, followed George Bush's lead in invading countries when there was a clear business interest at stake and in this case it was French Water, notably the international water and waste company Veolia, not an oil company driving an invasion. Veolia is a global leader in desalination plants, they had one in Benghazi which is on the coast. Khadaffi, who was just as bad a brutal dictator for about 50 years without anyone wanting to take him out was on the cusp of nationalizing all the water and implementing a huge water program that kept water and waste management in the hands of Khadaffi's people which would have kicked out the French interests and billions of dollars in revenue for Veolia's Desalination efforts. The libyan "water wars" were well written about. Congress should look at the French government interest in Veolia because it is believed to be partially owned by the French government. Congress should also look at how much money the French government and/or Veolia and/or their executives contributed to the Clinton Foundation (that Hillary's daughter runs and husband and she own) from 2011 to 2015. They should subpoena her husband and/or any custodian of records of the Foundation to determine whether she was in fact paid for keeping on the ground an intelligence gathering operation in Benghazi for the purpose of averting a nationalization of Libyan water interests. Congress should be looking at whether Sid Blumenthal got any contracts or payments from the French government or Veolia around this time. The real question is - did Hillary jeopardize the lives of Americans by leaving them unsecured in a war zone when she should have brought them home because a foreign government was pledging to her money through her foundation and other financial personal support. Its all about the water. Are you getting disgusted yet? If not, you are not awake.

     The email situation reflects every lawyer trick in the book to hide what they were really up to- through a secret server in which she alone could determine what was "personal" e.g. anything having to do with payments to the Foundation from the French government or proxies. She could run emails through foreign off shore servers as in Paris or through Oscar de la Renta's house in the Dominican Republic and no one would be the wiser- its outside the subpoena power of the US courts. Unless, those emails are also captured on NSA servers. Congress should subpoena all Clinton emails in 2011, 2012 and 2013 from the NSA who has all her foreign email traffic archived. 

    This is about what let someone be so callous as to ignore about 600 urgent security requests she let four people die in the sand, then lie that it was unpredicted and unpredictable when it clearly was a planned attack that she had intel on, and refused to bring them home. What would make her so miscalculate on purpose the risk to insist they stay? There was  likely a massive payoff.  

    She should have insisted that the French provide private security if she couldn't get the marines in there. Marines usually do guard US Embassy installations but it wasn't a proper Embassy installation in Benghazi. We do put Embassies in war zones but not without the Marines guarding them. No one in their right mind would insist on putting a bunch of unprotected Americans in the middle of a war zone unless they had military security. If she couldn't get military security she should have insisted the French provide private security. Syd Blumenthal apparently even insisted on it. The compound in Benghazi was hit with two bombing attempts previously and the Ambassador was screaming for real military style security. Obviously she was involved evaluating whether Benghazi should be converted into a full Embassy or Consulate a full security review is an integral part of that assessment.

  Was it a "Hard Choice" to leave Americans vulnerable so the French could take out a water project to protect their commercial interests? Maybe Maybe not. But it sure was a dumb one. It will cost her the Presidency. Because she isn't running for President of France.
