And here is what you do with your left-over Thanksgiving smashed potato;- make potato pancakes --by mincing onion, green and orange pepper, mushroom, grated Gruyere cheese and garlic all together with the smash potatoes, salt, pepper and here's the kicker for heat-sprinkled chili pepper- spooning into the oiled frying pan, flip when golden brown. Yeeeaaah!
