(Kidding- that is of course a nonsensical sentence- but how would you know if you didn't even have an internet account like my uncle who writes all his legal letters on a yellow pad and sends them out to typing.)
If most electronic filings are mandatory now in Federal Courts should judges get a mandatory course on modern communications?
