Constitutional under the US Constitution regarding marriage equality. Are you a Supreme Court judge that you have already written an opinion on what the precedent dictates in terms of stare decisis for equal protection purposes regarding the marriage equality question. Then why are you firing people from jobs for espousing their opinions on what should or should not be legal? How ignorant, rude, and UnChristian can you be to endanger people's livelihoods because they have an opinion regarding a constitutional precedent on any particular subject. Is denying people their livelihoods pro Life? An opinion on what is or is not mandated according to stare decisis precedent by any amendment or clause of the Constitution is not necessarily an endorsement pro or con of any practice permitted by the Constitution. Carrying loaded rifles into a Babies R Us scaring all the toddlers actually is Constitutionally permitted under the Second Amendment but I find it disgusting. You all need to stop persecuting people who hold opinions regarding what the Constitution says- especially because you are not lawyers - and one could argue practicing law without a license. Do you think insulting and intimidating people is going to make them like you more? How stupid and disgusting.
