Everyone has said it all already, so I just add:
BRAVISSIMO!!!!
Hillary's home girl likeability index skyrocketed yesterday as she was flanked by the people who matter most to her: her daughter, her husband, her mother and the constituent American salt of the earth people in Pennsylvania who proved once again that you can't put a good woman down. Double- Digit leads placed her in the best tradition of friends of the fighting Irish and everyone else from everywhere else of every rainbow shade and color who lives in Pennsylvania-the microcosmic melting pot just south of that great State of New York. The road to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue does indeed run right through Pennsylvania. This daughter of a Penn State football player has risen from humble but honest beginnings to be the greatest female political figure in modern American history.
I am more proud to be a sixth generation Pennsylvanian today than I was two days ago.
Pennsylvania means Family to anyone from there- and family values of people holding families together in tough times-which she has admirably done beyond the past assaults against her family. Now, she stands, comfortably looking more and more like the Grand Dame of the Republic. If my Pennsylvania grandmothers were alive today they surely would be proving white women can jump as they high five each other with shouts of "You Go Girl!" I imagine them spinning cart wheels in heaven.
Yes, the Tide is Turning- and a strong wind is blowing. A very strong wind.

For all you foodies, there is a georgeous little article in today's Washington Post about the owner of Cafe Milano in Georgetown getting to make lunch for the Pope at the Nunciature. What a menu. What a cake!
