Grilled Zucchini?

Cut 1/8th inch strips of zuccini.
In separate bowl mix Balsamic Vinegar, salt, pepper, red chili pepper powder, crushed diced garlic, garlic powder together, and use a pastry brush to brush both sides of the zucchini. Grill on medium heat both sides. (oops, don't forget the quarter cup extra virgin olive oil-EVOO)
