Enough to be a Washington Post Blog -ON FAITH
Hot Topic of the Day: When a religious organization gets public funding should it be allowed to discriminate in hiring its own? There are federal funds given for all kinds of church based programs (abstinence, drug rehab, pregnancy prevention, and a host of other helpful issues). Does the Federal purse give the Feds a say over whether the orgs can discriminate or does this run afoul of any federal statutes or constitutional principles? What say you?
