With regard to the aiding abetting part- wouldn't there have to be classic mens rae criminal intent of the pastor inciter under basic criminal law jurisprudence? How is a pastor to know something he is saying might inspire some nutcase to haul off and do something violent? Some folks are just plain crazy- and pastors can't control all their flock. Is it a criminal negligence standard? Gross recklessness?
