You too can create a company. Helps to have a Harvard JD. Find a distressed company or one that the management wants to make better profits on. Sell them a bag of goods from your 'consulting' firm with harvard guys who are going to tell you that they can infuse it with investment capital from their rich friends and daddy's money. Then you get them to sign contracts turning over management interest, you become a controlling majority shareholder. You then get to make major decisions- like who gets to stay employed. You get to negotiate with banks to get major multimillion dollar loans that you end up paying yourself after pledging corporate assets to the banks to do the bank deals. You walk off with the money, the bank takes the assets and the company folds and is thrown into federal bankrupcy proceedings, the old executives are hit with the legal bill, and entire towns that your closed plant serviced are shut down. This is how Mitt made his fortune. Not hard to figure out- just deeply almost demonically imorally greedy. NOT PRESIDENTIAL. Wise up people. He's a bad guy.
