"Celibacy should be lifted" declared a female lawyer originally from Nicaragua from his Parish working in International Conflict Resolution in Washington, DC. She noted the Vatican should establish a Commission in order that the entire issue be seriously revisited. This is her parish priest and she is "touched" by the masterful wonderful intelligent loving effective way that he does his job, which she does not think has anything to do with whether he chose or not to become involved with a woman. She suggests a gradual lifting of the celibacy rules for those who choose to live a married monogamous life. She declared it "common sense." They do healings in that church the first Friday of every month- and people are healed. This is the ministry of Jesus. There is an overwhelming desire in the Parish to support this Parish Priest even though he was immediately removed. The entire church started loudly speaking out about the injustice of this.
