The Earth.
Not just a little Park Avenue real estate, not a mansion in Newport. The Earth. That's a lot of acreage.
Which takes me to my favorite most humble order of friars, the Capuchin Franciscan Friars of Saint John the Baptist in New York. They count amongst heir brethren that increasingly famous Padre Pio (the only priest with a Stigmata, after St. Francis, who was not a priest but only a deacon, some surmise out of a profound humility and fear of catching that deadly sin of pride)- They are going to be building something in Times Square as a Shrine to Padre Pio, as prayer groups seeking his intercession sprout up all across the country.
When next in New York pay them a visit- they have a little gift shop-
They aren't the right wing-nutty politically polemical types- these are the guys who read hearts and whip miracles up with their carmel macchiatos.
