It is said you get in fights over the great
American Constitution while some things are
established without reservation
and one such matter is the Constitutional Right
of Marriage without a doubt, as foundational
when heterosexual at least you all agree
to society and it's basic roots
You will even battle in courts
to prove it so contentiously
Yet you make your church leaders
contract Unconstitutionally
by waiving deliberately
any Right to Marriage
under a Fidelity rule to Chastity
as though that were some precondition
to Piety. All such clauses contractually
are of course void for illegality
in America country and any great
Jurist when presented their form
can write out such a clause for
adhesive absurdity, against the surety
of our Constitutional guarantees
for the deep inequity of the bargaining power
that the clerical boss has over the employee,
the parish priest overbudget
with school projects and feeding the sheep
as he fasts for the life of his flock and fold
humbly. Void for Illegality.
