You have to be crazy to do something like this ---so crazy I would plead incapacity to legislate by virtue of insanity. In todays world of hackery and malicious viruses (have you not heard of a guy named Murdock and his sidekick Brooke?) you never know who for sure is actually getting your emails. ...or on the receiving end, who really sent it-there is so much 'spoofing- going on now, which looks like- Hi friend, I just landed in London and my wallet was stolen OMG! I don't even have funds to pay the hotel bill please wire immediately !!!
I just got spam of four different phone companies allegedly telling me someone took out a cell phone referenced to my email account and if i only click here and put in my social security number i can find out where the bill is going....riiiiiight.
You send nude pictures into cyberspace and it goes through a server that someone can print out, it goes to a mailbox which may or may not be the person actually intended-and that's if you actually did know the privacy controls and if the person intended actually is real and not some con set up.
So crazy people.
