Now that we are out of the running.
Olympics- in MADRID. Why? Lots of us speak or want to learn to speak Spanish and what better excuse (they even speak spanish on the Canary Islands)- there is a new bullet train that goes from Madrid to Barcelona in about 4 hours, there are about a thousand Catholic shrines and places of interest in Spain including the famous Santiago De Compostello, there are awesome beaches on the Costa Del Sol, and last but not least- PAELLA!
Maybe we can see some of this in the opening ceremony!
