Holiness doesn't mean chastity. Married conjugally sexual even sensual people can be and are Holy. Saint Peter. Holy. Married.
Holiness connotes a Wholeness- a completion, such as is found in married life.
Like the HOLY FAMILY. Holy. A Family.
There may be a thrill in Chastity. There is Profound deep Joy in Holiness.
Chastity can be cheap when it is selfish and self-aggrandizing. Cheap Thrills. More ego vanity.
Cheap Chastity can be as self-centered as sexual exploitation.
Holiness entails self-less LOVE. And God is Love.
Who came that your JOY may be Complete?
Holy Holy Holy is the Lamb that was slain.
