A Critical Spirit

Is Demonic and More Unholy Than unChastity.

When a person only finds faults with another person (even if that person is in a position to suggest they go to confession)and has a condemning spirit that is an unholy critical spirit and a reflection of the person's own sense of self worthlessness before God (and possibly man.) It can actually be demonic to oppress another person.

I keep getting the religious self justifications for chastity by people who seek to elevate it's 'virtue.' Let me state the obvious. Chastity, when not a calling from God, and self imposed against the will of God is evil- because it stops pro-creation and God gave a commandment to everyone to pro-create. He meant this in the physical realm, not just the spiritual "fruitfulness" realm. Religious like to say 'fruit that lasts' only means chaste teaching of religion. God means the genetic pool. Chastity is not hard for selfish bastards. It is easier for selfish people to hole up introspectively. It is people who fear less and risk more that often are more unchaste-and these people can be more Christian and Christ filled than chaste ones.

Meet the other Mary- Mary Hamm. She has 12 kids and has devoted her life to pro-life causes. She is married, not chaste (clearly with 12 kids) unless you want to say 'chaste in marriage' means all the times you may not be having sex which days she could likely count on her left hand. She was so 'pro life' she did a stint in the DC jail for protesting at an abortion clinic during the early days of the March for Life. These days she is raising money for the Tepeyac Pregnancy
Center in Silver Spring Maryland, along with her whole family of kids and grandkids, to help pregnant latino women without means. She could be a saint. She isn't 'chaste.' She is the mother of 12 kids and a number of grandkids.

Last night people from all economic strata converged on Guapos restaurant in Bethesda to enjoy a night out together in support of Tepeyac which is in it's 20th year of helping pregnant latino women/girls have their babies. Families came with babies, some clients, some well heeled Bethesda supporters and sponsors. Twenty percent of the proceeds of everyone's check went to the Center. The waiters gave people a constant round of extra chips. It was a festive fun night out. Toddlers ruled the place as grandparents cheerfully reigned them in to the tables. Life. Oh that you would have it so abundantly. Such 'purity of heart' in one room you won't find in a room full of roman collars.
